Sherman the class chicken escapes his box and Angela convinced Mrs. Jenerette the school crossing guard to help get him back, much to Nanette's inconvenience. As a result, the beloved crossing guard is fired at Mrs. Manior's whim. Wracked with guilt, Angela helps Mrs. Jenerette try to get re-employed.
